Approximate date of getting banned: 19th August
Reason of getting banned: Kind of DMing without rp
Further information: Today I was temp banned for the same reason mentioned above. (without warnings, direct ban.). Its now common that there's war between NAR and Vipers. What ye expect instead of killing?
I will explaining briefly; NAR attacked some of my members, I did pay back at yacht but I was mistaken that the smuggle wasn't started and I sniped Spartain, Daniel just asked me did you rp with Sparta I said no and he banned me directly. It was common sense, that how somone can just tell his enemy that 'becareful, I will snipe you.' It was acceptable. I didn't argue about it.
Second, NAR was blacking around Vice Port, where Vipers operate. So we didn't want them to operate and I killed Jay (as RP saying in megaphone: This is the Viper) But is it my fault that he didnot saw my message? He was below of the roof where I was standing and I said in megaphone, to warn him that Viper is here. I sniped his head and the same question for Daniel and now I'm here. Why I would rule break intentionally? According to rules I did what is required. [I don't have the ss check the logs]

I've not admit yet that I was death-matching, neither I'm blaming admin but to clarify. I accepted the first ban, where I did not roleplayed with Spartain and I was punished for that. Now here I'm talking about the second ban. The reason he has given in the ban is disrespectful.

The ban reason I've mentioned given by Daniel, looks like he is very happy to see me at unban section (some kind of personal issues?) or making fun of the command.

Dude, I've never used any animation to get up quickly. If you're not aware of this skill I will show the video. And I'm 100% sure you've not found me using animation cmd in your admin logs. Plus I'm not the only one using this technique, I've seen Maddy and other more players. - Well as far I remember DaniGold once asked me that how did I got up without rolling I've explained to him already, neither he warned me.
If the ban is 100% valid, tell me my mistake or rule-break so I may acknowledge it. However, put the first temp-ban out of this because I was punished for it and I was banned this time again for the same reason as I don't find myself guilty this time so I'm here.
If I'm banned for script abuse [as additional reason] that's absolutely false.
About death-matching I've explained everything above, any further explanation needed, I will do.

No I'm not blaming admins. I'm asking something that what actually rule did I broke? Excusing not. If I've done a mistake, well I do apologize, really.

If? You are banned, and no one is banned without reason.
You came here attacking daniels' professionlism, calling him out for "using commands for fun" and for being "disrespectful".
Instead of trying to push the blame elsewhere, take a look at yourself.

I know why I'm banned, I'm banned because I killed Jay without RP or deathmatch, but what I'm trying to clarify that I did RP with him. Perhaps, I'm wrong and that is the reason I'm here.
If I'm here to attack Daniel actions I would be not be here, requesting for unban.
Since its my first ban for rule breaking, I apologize and I will try my best to follow the rules in future.

I don't see any problem in Daniels' action, he probably did what an admin does. If I meant to attack Daniels' then it'd another topic. I applied unban appeal because it must be my fault that I did not roleplayed well. Further; I'm banned ingame for the first time for DMing I would like to accept my mistake and I'll assure you that it will happen again. I've to fill some promises I've made, so I can assure you you will not find me guilty in future. As everybody deserve second go, then I request you for another chance. I also apologize for my behavior towards the players and admins.

Double-click. - Why I would evade my ban with entering server with my exact nick? I had no intent to enter Argonath RPG, It was a mistake and I apologize for that, I'll never evade my ban. Sorry for that kind of mistake.

For each kill you must have a reason and interaction. No exceptions.
As for the animation abuse, it was deemed that the admins were unfamiliar with a technique we use to skip the rolling animation and thought you were abusing it.
Also know that we don't want to see you back here any time soon, and if we do it's going to take a while.
