Title: Help me please fix this error

Hello guys after i try to update my patch to 1.1.3.0 i coun't play teh elfc and then i rentall all game and now can't make it work that error apears anyone can help me i willl apriciate it

and if you have gta iv still update it to 1.0.8.0 and check if it got same error or not

Try downgrading to 1.1.2.0

If you don't have the patch, you can download it from here https://support.rockstargames.com/hc/en-us/articles/200145386-Grand-Theft-Auto-Episodes-from-Liberty-City-Title-Update-1-1-2-0-Patch-2- under "PATCH FILES"

Sometimes the patch may install in the default location i.e on Local Disk C>Programfiles>Rockstargames etc, so if your game is installed in any other location, then double check that the patch is installed properly. If it's installed in a diff location than that of your game, just copy paste the patch files to your game directory.

You would install again all programs and stuff but always make backup and make this choice at tge last when you give up.
