After my promotions I've been contacted by a very trusted company around the block,

Can you guarantee me that your warehouse is free of any illegal activities?
I've seen the feds and the cops at your doorstep far too many times because they had to issue a raid.
I'd need proof that you are fully legal when it comes to your warehouse and your tenants, before I can even come close to accepting this kind of partnership of our Viceport warehouses.

As an extra development to the business I've decided to rent 20!! parking spots behind my warehouse and I've contacted a few of my tenant holders if they'd be interested in parking their vehicles at this parking lot!

They were very happy indeed with the opportunity and gladly parked their cars in my easily accessible parking lot!!

Thanks to every tenant holder of mine, who helped me giving my warehouse an even more professional look!

I only have 2 rules for my tenant holders:
1. Don't store illegals
2. Don't betray my trust

You did the second and therefore were kicked out, not my fault you can't follow the simplest of rules!

This goes for every single tenant holder by the way!

After a suggestion from one of my tenant holders, I decided it was time for an update!
I updated the original post and added a form that consists of all parking lot holders and their respective vehicles and ID number!

It's a public parking lot so impounding vehicles from there would be illegal, I suggest also checking in with your local lawyers about possibly taking legal action if such a thing occured!
