Why you used it anyways? This is a roleplay server, it is obvious that such modifications are not allowed, it's even one of the answers you probably gave during your passport test.

If you really want to look "pro" on this server you should improve your roleplay skills rather than your shootings because this is not a DM server.
Tell me why should I give you another chance? How can we be sure that you wont feel the need to be a "Pro-shooter" again and start using illegal modifications once more.

This is not how a ban appeal works, you missed the point, you used modifications to gain unfair advantage over other players and had a permanent ban issued to your account in result of the disregard to server rules.
Now this as your unban request is where you dedicate some effort and give a fair and acceptable answer for questions given to you. (otherwise you won't have the trust from us to have your privilege for playing in the server reinstated) this is not about being a rookie in SA:MP, this falls under common sense. every person with sense is very well aware cheating is a no no regardless of how beginner you are or whatever platform you are playing on.
