Reason of getting banned: /q as wanted
Further information: So, I was banned after the usage of command (/q) to avoid a role-play situation in the form of a scripted event (everything happened during the smuggling).
At the time of my /q from the game, I decided that the Quit is the same form as the Timeout as the Crash(contrary to common sense), because after re-entering player will spawn at the same place and will die from drowning. At that moment, because of my too hasty conclusion I didn’t notice that I broke the rule
Death-evading in any form is disallowed.

There was no reason to quit in the middle of combat. You have played long enough to know the conseqences of your actions.

I completely agree that there was no adequate reason, but every person always tries to find his reason and I found it. In that situation, there was a combination of complete neglect in this case and I didn’t care what would happen next, nor how I would get out of it.
But time passed and I again want to play on this server. It was a bit of a unplanned break.
In next time, I can assure you that if I will have a choice, I'll act according to the rules even if I never come back to the server.
About how much I play - I think it doesn’t affect the behavior in any way since I accepted the rules at the beginning and kept them until that time.

Generally the more experience you have the less likely you are to make such a critical misjudgement like the one you made.
Unplanned break? This is not a break. You're permantley banned unless we decide otherwise. You may never play again because of your mistakes.
It looks as if you don't realise the seriousness of the situation.

You tell me about some kind of experience, but in my case, even though I played 1 year on this server, I still made this mistake. Then why cite my experience if for some reason it didn’t work for me? I could get a ban in the first days of the game or in a month, but this did not happen.
In this case, I am most aware of the seriousness of the situation, if I have already written this appeal. What do you expect from me if this case is already clear even though everything happened before your eyes. I can only say that I made this mistake not for the purpose of some kind of benefit, but only because of adverse events. I had a desire to just get away from all this, which I did not consider the rules important at that moment.

Exactly my point. Despite playing for more than a year you're still prone to making stupid mistakes such as death evading. This is one of the more simplistic rules. Your ignorance isn't to blame though. You death evaded on purpose, which makes it ten times worse.
I had a desire to just get away from all this, which I did not consider the rules important at that moment.
The rules do not fit around you and what you consider is important or not.

If you really want to hear the truth, here it is. Yes, I intentionally committed this offense, for which I apologize. I could do it differently simply by completing the role-playing situation and quietly leave. But everything has already happened and I can't change it. Making this mistake I spent time senselessly on all the proceedings, which simply could not be if I made the right choice.
In confirmation of my words, I assure you, if I ever will be able in any situation to choose from a senseless breach or the correct role-playing scenario, I will certainly choose the path agreed with the rules of this server.

If I have to face this again in the future, and this one is sure to happen, I will certainly not make such a mistake again and other similar violations of the rules.

Rules are there to be followed. If you neglect the rules, you'll be banned. Simple enough to understand, right?
In future, follow the rules. If you're banned again you'll be waiting much longer than you have been this time around.
