Title: Are old accounts on the new database? [2012~]

I am an old citizen of Liberty City and I lost my documents (forgot my account info actually:) . Is it possible to find my login information or can I get my rights to a new account.

IGN: [SFC]Xebec               I lastly played at RS2 version if I am not mistaken.

Due change of scripts, I think it's not possible. You start with new fresh account.

If your newest account is from 2012, then it's gone and you can register a new account.

My register date is late period of 2011 actually.I left playing before RC2 release.I already registered a new account.Do I have to apply for passport and driving license again?
