Reason of getting banned: "Tell me all about it on forums"
Further information: So, Klaus kicks my ass in Havana. The player I was with, CamilosPL came to me, and we were about to set off until tkthaman and Klaus opened fire on us. I ran down Klaus as anyone might have, considering we were being shot and my HP was decreased. I was bamboozled when I was ejected. Then, I thought it was a different situation, considering they opened fire on the two of us.

I was banned, and now I'm kinda bamboozled.

Your first mistake was talking back at the administration as if you know better; No, you don't.

Your second mistake was to think you knew about the situation, when in fact you didn't. Next time keep your mouth shut maybe? Camilos had not yet been killed and was still involved in the on-going scenario. You returned to aid him, and then you come here complaining that you got shot at? You continue to amaze me.

I was about to simply warn you for ramming and returning from death, but to commit 2 rulebreaks and then complain about it? You definitely belong in this section of the forums.

Klaus, I believe there is a slight misunderstanding. I didn't return to aid, I promise you, I didn't.

I was at the Cherry Poppers place and Camilos came to me and got in my vehicle. You and tkthaman then opened fire on both of us. I was losing HP and I ran you down. After that, I tried to ask what the problem was, especially as I thought it may be a different scenario as you shot at him, but I was taking damage, so I thought I was being shot at, as well.

I apologize if I'm in the wrong.

I have understood that I conducted myself in a rude way and I've learned to display basic courtesy more, as well as understanding when manners are important.

I'll do my best. Can't promise perfection, nor can I promise I'll never end up getting salty at one point or another, but I'll do my best to improve and try.

Of course that doesn't mean I'll give you kidney issues thanks to my salt, but I need understanding, I am young, that's the truth, and I'm likely going to make more mistakes, but this time (unlike the first lot of chances I had in VCPD), I'll do my best, to learn, and recover.

You can call me a tryhard, because that is what I will do. Try hard.

I'm not a bad person, but I'm young and I make mistakes, that's just human nature and the truth. I'll learn as I go, and I want to join FBI again at some point, so without learning, and trying hard, I'm never going to get back in.

Regardless, this isn't a sob story topic about my dismissal, but that is one part that motivates me to improve.

I'll do what it takes, and I ask a chance to do that.

Anyway, I've been a twat. I've used the time of my ban to truly understand how I should act if you decide to give me another shot.

People will dislike me, create memes about me and even give me the shits just for lolz, but I have to learn to man up. I won't respond to a meme or jokes about me, I'll just bite my tongue and enjoy the game.

I will do my best to improve as a person and contain myself. I will sometimes need help, but I'll talk to the dear friends I have to handle myself.

I messed up and I've reflected on myself. Taking a break has helped me reflect better on how I disrupt the server atmosphere and how involving myself in some types of conversations sometimes goes a little too far.

I'm willing to wait until you deem me fit to return, and I have reflected on myself and understood Klaus' perspective from that scenario.

I hope you see my remorse, my will to try and turn around and my dedication to joining the server again.

I'm not convinced at all in your "change" and promise of following the rules since you couldn't even do it on another argo server while being banned from here, showing you learned absolutely fucking nothing and now you're just trying to say what you think will get you unbanned faster.

I was out of line. Other's attitude doesn't excuse my actions and I won't be using that as an excuse.

I am not saying anything to try and get unbanned faster, I'm telling the truth.

The temp ban received on that other server was also like a break. I thought about what I did and at the time I was kinda blinded by anger toward another player who I won't name, but who has seriously irritated me, and other players. However, when I calmed down, I understood what I said was out of line and I paid the consequence.

I am not a bad person, and I'm not trying to make myself look like an abusive rulebreaker. I'm not the type of person to deliberately harm the atmosphere, I love playing here and I'd never disrupt the atmosphere I love playing in, nor would I want to be forced out forever!

I really am sorry, and what I said about me being a twat is right, I was out of line.

I'm willing to change, and I am trying, and I really am learning. I know that and believe that, but what you see and believe is up to you, I am merely stating my perspective and what I see and believe.

Regardless, I will NOT intentionally rulebreak, just like the aid and such was not intentional, I did not return with any intent to aid, but I got confused when I was shot at. However, I get that the whining was wrong, and I accept my ban.

I understand where I have gone wrong and accept it. Again, I'm here to respond to any further queries or statements posted here :)
