Downloaded and installed the new one IVMP Built 12 still same error

Current version should be 1.09, use "IV:MP T4 Installer" link that can be found on this page: http://forum.iv-mp.eu/viewtopic.php?f=10&p=392 (http://forum.iv-mp.eu/viewtopic.php?f=10&p=392)

the installer was bugged or smth it wasn't downloading the files, fixed anyways
