SP had the same problem but I fixed the problem by creating a shortcut --> right click --> properties -->Target edited it too --> "C:\Program Files\Rockstar\GTA Episodes from Liberty City\LaunchEFLC.exe" -availablevidmem 12.0 -percentvidmem 100 -nomemrestrict -norestriction -novblank. And worked. I tried the same thing with the client, didnt work, decided to drop a commandline on the gta folder, still not working.

Im using patch 1.1.2.0, do i need patch 1.1.3.0? because i was reading over the sticky topics, it says you can use patch 1.1.2.0 and patch 1.1.3.0.

I am running 1.1.3.0 without any commandline and the game seems to work fine for me.
