PROSECUTION OF: DREAD ANGIULO AND SAQIB GATSBY
The following incident took place on Saturday 19 January, 2019:
My client, Luther Andreas Kingston was driving along from Dukes Police Station toward Dukes Gas Station (more commonly known as MGS). A man (still currently unidentified) was crossing the road about 20 meters away from the zebra crossing. My client approached an intersection where his light was green and drove at 78 km/h mainly the whole time. The man was in the middle of the road and initially out of my client's view, due to him crossing 20 meters from the zebra crossing. When my client saw him, he hit the brakes. He even spun out but he wasn't able to stop and hit the civilian. The man died. My client became a suspect and was arrested by Senior Officer Saqib Gatsby.
My client requested to call an attorney. Knowing I was an attorney, he demanded Senior Officer Gatsby to let him call me. After being uncuffed, he called me. Senior Officer Saqib made me wait outside while he questioned my client which I was unaware of. I then went inside to find out. He was questioning my client for his details without me present! My client had the right to an attorney/lawyer as soon as possible and wasn't being given that right, as Senior Officer Gatsby did not let me in as soon as possible, and began trying to question my client without my presence. I believe this was either to delay my client's rights as much as possible or even trying to stop my client from recieving civil rights. I reminded the Officer of my client's civil right to an attorney and then he told me to have a seat.
This right is not a law, but an Ordinance of the Constitution of the State of Liberty! It's an outrage that the Senior Officer breached not one but TWO ordinances! I shall present them and explain:
"Ordinance XII:
In the case of arrest or detention, a citizen must be promptly informed of the reasons, must also be informed that he has the right to a lawyer and must be allowed to use that right as soon as possible. He shall also have the validity of the detention controlled by the present law and to be released if the detention is not lawful."
When Senior Officer Gatsby disrespected and didn't follow this ordinance, he disrespected and breached a second ordinance!
"Ordinance II: Any citizen or visitor is forced to respect this constitution. Disrespecting the constitution or the laws is punishable by a fine, imprisoning or a court charge."
Prior to investigating what happened, I reminded the officer of Act 2.1 which I've written below for the court's convenience.
"Act 2.1
Presumption of innocence - a person is deemed innocent until proven otherwise in the due process of justice."
After that, we began. The officer asked what happened and my client explained.
Senior Officer Gatsby, out of nowhere, blamed my client for murder with the intent of gaining revenge! After that, he didn't explain what motive, what means and what opportunity my client had to commit such an atrocious crime. He didn't tell us what my client would want revenge for, or what even happened! He was making up fairy tales and was just acting as if he was full of it. My client was subjected to added psychological stress due to the atrocious non-proven claims coming out of the Officer's deepest fantasies.
After I blew a hole in his fantasy about his lack of evidence, Dread Angiulo came inside and became part of the investigation. He asked me to take him to the scene. I received the keys to his police cruiser and drove to the scene. He then started going on about ignoring traffic lights and zebra crossings, again a false assumption. He failed to provide any conclusive evidence proving his assumption and continued repeating himself like a broken record. He kept going on about slowing down at traffic lights but there was no oncoming traffic and the light was green, according to my client. The officers failed to prove otherwise.
He also went on about incoming traffic despite explaining time after time that the roads were visibly clear and there was no traffic at the time.
The officers then stopped arguing and threw my client in jail. I was outraged, as was my client and so we hereby fight for my client's innocence and his good name! These officers had insufficient evidence to put my client behind bars but did so anyway, likely just to gain money. I witnessed this and I am outraged at the injustice my client has suffered. The officers have not shown us any conclusive evidence that my client was at fault, Senior Officer Saqib Gatsby did not show any conclusive evidence about his ridiculous "theory" about my client murdering the deceased in revenge, Officer Dread Angiulo failed to prove my client was at fault, and despite that, put my client in jail. As an Attorney, I was horrified, disgusted and outraged due to how atrocious this injustice is.
A final note to the courts, I also witnessed the entire situation and also, as a witness, testify against the defendants, and can confirm that everything written within my client's case is correct. I can assure the courts as a witness that my client had no possible motive, or intent to murder the deceased, and that the entire situation was an accident. There was no traffic, the lights were green according to my client which the officers have not proven otherwise, and my client braked as hard as he could and even spun out, trying to prevent the deceased from being run over. It was only unfortunate that it happened, but I can confirm that the deceased was at fault for not using the zebra crossing and that it was the deceased's negligent actions that caused his death, not the actions of my client, as they were all in accordance with traffic and vehicle operation law.
I request my client @TonyNadyAlt confirms all details in this case and confirms that I witnessed the entire situation to further reinforce our case as plaintiffs.

Demands:
Dread Angiulo and SAQIB Gatsby both pay me $5000 as my court fee due to the amount of my time wasted on such an atrocious injustice, and due to their actions against my client, we've agreed on this demand.
Compensation of $2000 to my client from Dread Angiulo. Elaboration: Dread Angiulo received $1000 for jailing my client, and Mr. Kingston lost $200 from his imprisonment. This sums up to $1200. The additional $800 is to serve as compensation for the psychological stress endured by my client due to this imprisonment on top of the psychological trauma endured from when he accidentally ran over the unfortunate but negligent deceased person.
As Senior Officer Gatsby also forced more psychological stress onto my client with his claims and the breach of his civil rights by questioning my client without me present as requested (I am his Attorney after all), we demand that Senior Officer Gatsby pays $400 to my client.
Dread Angiulo is to be banned from police duty for one week.
Senior Officer SAQIB Gatsby is to be demoted by the LCPD to the rank of Officer until he learns civil rights.
A restraining order is placed on Dread Angiulo and SAQIB Gatsby to stay away from Mr. Kingston for two months, including investigations.
Senior Officer Saqib Gatsby undergoes a psychological evaluation to find out if he's having paranoid delusions due to his fantasizing about my client killing in revenge and not showing any conclusive evidence.
Senior Officer Saqib Gatsby is charged by the courts and imprisoned due to breaching two constitutional ordinances and my client's civil rights.
I thank the court for their time.
Greetings,
Attorney Kowalski Kolta
Representative of Luther Andreas Kingston.
