Title: IVMP Gambling System (stickied until implemented)

Change the color of /dice to avoid the abuse of /me rolls the dice : 6
The nightclubs and bars can be used as Casino
In SAMP gambling scam outside the casino is allowed
Its up to HQ to decide that rule

What do you think?

Anti scamming rules like if gambling is done in a casino, a player cannot bail on paying if they lose.

Plus make dice some other color lol. It would be helpful

I would highly advice waiting for the new GTA V's DLC first, it is going to be a Casino DLC as they've released a little clip as a teaser on Twitter.

We could take ideas from their DLC. It is only a few weeks away from being released. Fans expect a trailer/release date within the upcoming 2 weeks.
