1-Interiors for hospitals, not hard to make with custom objects, it would be great as well
2- Ice cream seller job,I suggest each ice cream costs 5/10 argodollars and gives 5/10 HP so we can avoid abuse, it would be a great addition.
3-Vice squad, the division that made vice city unique in singleplayer, why not implement it in multiplayer? It should be allowed to everybody with limited equipment (30 stubby and a micro-smg with 50 ammo)
4-Cleaning streets job, the job conists of getting a sweeper and clean the garbage from the streets. The garbage props (should be like the pizza boxes and trash bags found in vercetti estate) should be visible to all players so they have to do the job or trash will fill the city.

No, it mustn't be related to VCPD, just like freecops but a different skin with different equipment. even if VCPD wanted to make it a part of their arpd system. There must be a free skin for everyone

For the 2nd idea... What's the point of food businesses then?
An interior for hospitals would be cool... Not necessary but it would be nice. You've got the back of the ambulances to work with for medic related RPs. Get someone to work an interior for them perhaps.
The fourth idea is something you've taken from Argo SAMP. You've already got the garbage job.

2. What Kessu said. Besides, adding a script for a lowkey job like that is just... A waste of resources and energy imo. *shrug*
3. The divisions we have at the moment are more than sufficient considering the size of the city(and player base as well). Also, FBI pretty much does the same so yeah. Adding a new division, giving them OP weps and making them accessible to all is a terrible idea lmao. Not supported.

The current garbage job we have is quite simple. Just drive over the floating bags and pick 'em up, ez pz. What you suggested sounds a bit complicated and tbh, I like how the current garbage script works. Imo it should remain simple.

FBI does the same. I agree with the skin but it should not be allowed for an unofficial. FBI will have no image if this gets implemented. Its because every freecop will have the same authority as FBI? Vice Squad should be part of VCPD division like SWAT and should be allowed for official members.
Btw, Stubby is a dangerous weapon there will be no chance to see the next sun when it's in the hand of newcomers :X.
About the garbage job, it should be improved not change. A minor change like you will need to get off from your trashmaster and pick the garbage and then re-enter to import the garbage.

I personally do not want to add any new health related scripts for the time being. I have thought of adding in a Mr.Whoopee job but none of the ideas I could think of were interesting enough. Even if we were to add a very basic version of the script in, it would most likely have a very low priority.
Vice Squad but available to everyone? This has disaster written all over it.
The "new" garbage job is literally lifted from Argonath SAMP. It works for them because they have a vehicle for it. We do not. I personally think the garbage script we have is largely fine for now. I have some ways to improve it but those are reserved for 4.0.

Dude, if you want to roleplay a detective, apply to FBI, or be a civillian and inform through 911 about anything happening around. If you want more or better weapons as a cop, go to the ammunation and buy them. Your idea sucks in my opinion, I just thought you wanted it for official members of the VCPD so I supported it, but sorry, unsupported.

1- Implement new kinds of fish.
2- Implement a new minimission: crate should be replaced with a boat, just like vaj but in seaways, similar to some diaz missions that I apparently forgot the names of.
3- Ability to lock garages: Ensuring the safety of a player's vehicle. With that being said: add more vast garages to mansions
4- New yacht route: from downtown to marina between the mainland and vice land (crossing the 4 main bridges)
5- Dispose of the lame backtrunk textures of the cartel rancher ( lel jk xD but on a serious tone the angle of both the desert eagles and the m16s and their repetitive style makes it look irrealistic/silly IMO )

While there were discussions to add new marine lifes in, specifically turtles, no new fishes would be added in for the time being.

No new mini-missions would be added to the server. As a matter of fact, the existing mini-missions would be broken up into their own seperate script in RPG 4. Missions would take the place of mini-missions but their format while still to be decided is not going to be the same as the mini-mission format. There may end up being a mission that could play like your suggestion but no guarantees.

I'm not opposed to adding this to properties with garage doors that can be removed/shown.
With that being said: add more vast garages to mansions
No idea what you're trying to say here but the garages that exist within the map are the garages you're gonna get.

You are suggesting changes to a vehicle you don't have access to in-game. The model will not be changed. I like it just the way it is.

I approve of the garage doors but one thing to remember is that locking the garage would lock the entire property and vice versa with unlocking. Trying to program an entirely seperate script for garages isn't worth the effort.

What I meant by saying that is locking the property and the garage too at the same is a pretty good idea.

Just like singleplayer, it will fit the vice city underworld theme, and it depends on the ratio of smuggles won/smuggles lost - number of police officers killed/number of police officers who killed you etc...
the lowest rank would be an example :pickpocket and the highest is : Boss, or King or smth.

And then start the provoking session also for more and less kills or death. It is a rp server so normal stats is enough

Heres a suggestion: a loneliness bar. Where the less you roleplay and interact with others, the more it gets filled up until eventually, you are forced to suicide.

Posting two ideas here because they might sound stupid/awkward/retarded. and so, I guess it is a wise choice to have this post go through moderation in case.
1-TV that can be bought for >5,000 ARD
how can it work: simple, you must have a house, and when you buy it you can enter it and type /watch (playername) so we can spectate that specific player.
its use?
-for players who only login the server for smuggle/mm and when they die early they can... spectate, like admins(at least they won't quit), though limits can be imposed to this command unlike admin's.

Pros: like watching TV, it serves the purpose of entertainment and encourages usage of interiors, and encourages players to make money out of jobs so they can buy houses with interiors.
supposed Cons: it causes less rp and diversity, but to be reasonable: I don't think it will affect RP too much, as it sometimes become boring to watch players do stuff, thus you'll be forced to go outdoor and rp something, as it is more fun.
solution in case this happens: expensive electricity bills paid to get access to TV for an amount of time
2- this is more like a reminder: Crafting stuff with a crafting machine, some stuff is illegal and some isn't.
This time: it requires two or more players to craft something, and both have to do certain actions for the operations,
and for balance, only cameras can detect players crafting and only evidence from a camera can be used in court. As such, wires cannot be used.
crafting solutions and list should be inspired from real life experiments and similar things.
Pros: MORE RP Between players: how?, both must come to an agreement on what they want to craft, right?
Cons: I can't think of any possible cons.

Panzer, no disrespect but, I don't think you really try to think out whether your ideas would fit into Argonath VCMP. While I don't really possess the necessary lexicon to explain it in better detail -- I don't think you understand what the server is about. And I am not trying to be pretentious here.
Just some advice: using what available information and tools you have, try to study the main concept behind the different features in the server. I believe then you could form a precise conclusion which will help you with the future ideas/concepts you'd like to share to us.

Something similar to Vice Squad was being under very serious consideration back when I was Chief. It would have been an investigative division of the VCPD itself to investigate less serious crimes and less important matters (such as investigating suspects that claim they are innocent etc), while the FBI was supposed to be nerfed combat wise and receive improvements in surveillance scripts. Keep in mind at the time we had bigger resources and men power to allocate to such an idea. I believe at this time, it would be impractical and while I do not know, I assume it has been scrapped.
Interiors for hospitals would be awesome indeed. Perhaps it would open way for an official EMS division within VC (Kowalski, pay attention) and for a new route of roleplay to be opened. We could finally have a functional EMS division to actually co-operate with VCPD in dangerous situations like they would in SAMP, rather than bunch of criminals running around in smuggles to heal their mates.
AFAIK VC does not even have a street sweeper vehicle. The current scripted legal jobs are already boring as is. If a new legal job needs to be implemented, it should be made to be as fun and challenging as their illegal counteparts. We need interactivity instead of boring driving around. An actual mechanic job, or firemen duty with scripted fires, in my opinion, would be a better idea.
Ice cream seller just seems impractical and waste of time considering the amount of food bussinesses available. In addition, we probably don't want to create more scripts that would deem other jobs, such as medic, useless.

I actually had a general conversation with Kessu but he said VCEMS is operational, just that there's no rank structure.
In SA:MP, EMS is actually maintaining strong collaboration with the SAPD. Officers are able to call for us ingame when needed, and we have a liason section in the PD Discord, as PD Cmd have a channel in our Discord.
VCEMS boards and topics have all been trashed upon Kessu's directive.
However, EMS can be pulled off if someone is dedicated and Leaders decide to instate a rank structure and use the AREMS forums.
However speaking, it doesn't necessarily have to be EMS. Create a private healthcare fund, roleplay a surgeon or doctor, be creative! Hospital interiors are only gonna further help that.
Fireman duty would allow for a functional VCFD. Firefighting, fire investigations, hazard suppression and many other things can be done with a capable Fire Chief should a rank structure be used along with the ARFD forum.

EMS is useless to dream of unless we have script support for it, which we do not. And we are not planning on adding it ever in 3.x Only thing we might consider is if medic gets wanted he gets booted out of medic duty, but keeps the medkits they possessed (maybe?).
If EMS does make an appearance, it will be supported by scripts and shit to make it really hard for medics to start pulling out criminal shit.
Same goes for firefighter. We actually brainstormed ideas as to how we could implement it, but they all fell short of what we wanted and what is possible in VC:MP currently.
