The following changes require a slight 5 to 10 minute downtime for database changes which will be conducted at a later time, thus these changes are not yet live.
+Changes
- The message of the day display is now linked to the daily login reward, meaning you should now only see it once per day.
- In addition, you will now earn a bonus $2,500 on daily login for consecutive daily logins.
- Added periodic messages to keep the server players informed.
- Introduced Pilot School and the respective pilot license system. You can now form a Pilot School and groups who have been authorized may issue pilot licenses.
- Added the command /ps to show online Pilot School staff.
- Removed toll objects and some other minor adjustments to which objects are in.
- Added the native carlock system which actually locks the doors.
- In order to deal with the carlock dilemma proposed before which was used as an excuse to deny this method, added the /carremote command which can remotely unlock a vehicle (within 15 meters), if you for example logged off without unlocking the vehicle first. Staff: can use /vscan and then the usual admin command to unlock a vehicle administratively.
+Fixes
- When your passport is revoked, all licenses which required a passport are also revoked.
+Additional Carlock Notes
- This will not work on group vehicles, state vehicles, or dealership vehicles.
- The /carremote command will attempt to toggle the closest vehicle, otherwise you can specify the ID /carremote [vehicle id] as seen in /vehicles.
- As a fail safe, the older lock system is still in place which will eject users who do not have permission to drive.
- /carremote has an alias of /cr.

I added some additional notes on carlock system!
Some additional clarification:
1. This system cannot work on group vehicles, this is because complicated reasons which I don't feel like writing out. It could probably be done in a hacky way, but that is exactly what creates bugs and poor optimization. This system is optimal.
2. If you lock your vehicle and jump out or are in anyway removed from the driver seat (e.g logout, admin ejections), you cannot easily re-enter the vehicle, you will need to use the keyfob to unlock the vehicle again (/carremote).
In addition, have a bonus round:

- You can now press "Y" while in a vehicle you own to toggle the carlock status.

- Fixed an issue where vehicles would spawn with their engine on.
You can also have a release time: 10 p.m Eastern Time. There will be a brief downtime.

- Removed pressing "Y" to toggle carlock, this conflicts with another script feature (/siren).
- Fixed an issue where bicycles and other non-fuel vehicles would spawn with their engines off, rendering them unusable.
This hotfix patch will be delayed.

So people with 7-9 vehicle license that gets their passport revoked. Will lose all those vehicle which that player has worked very hard for because its not cheap. Very expensive!
btw...who can revoke passport? CMB? inb4....people going abuse it

You will lose only your drivers and pilots license, not vehicle licenses.
