Try updating ragemp and/or your GTA game.
If that doesn't work then disable Windows Defenders' real-time protection thingy and see if that solves the issue.
If that doesn't work then look if you got any program (especially ones with overlay/OSD) that interferes with your game; NVIDIA Shadowplay and MSI Afterburner are common issue makers according to people on ragemp forum.
If that doesn't work then I don't know what will but there will probably be someone else in this community that knows the solution or you could look up on ragemp forum.

btw, i installed a clear new version of windows 7, and tried running it but i get the same error after social club loading screen when the game launches. however, i tried another offline version of 61GB it works properly.*so the problem isn't my pc i guess* but the social club version (the 83GB) give that error !!

im loyal to windows 7 :lol: :balance: don't really feel good while using 8 or 10

You getting those crashes even when launching the game in singleplayer? If you're able show me what "View problem details" says, maybe we can figure it out.
