Title: RS5 - 5.2.10
Post by: Teddy on February 25, 2019, 07:00:42 pm
+Changes

- Disabled the /bug report system, ironically it has a fatal crash bug. Please report issues here.
- Renamed "LootCrate Bronze" to "RewardCrate T1" and added "RewardCrate T2" and "RewardCrate T3". Lootcrates are for EA.
- Several minor adjustments and performance improvements.

Regarding Bikes
It is not immediately clear what is causing some bikes to become unusable, a deeper examination is required. For now, a temporary measure is being implemented to ensure vehicles which are intended to be functional are indeed functional.

Patch time
This patch will be held until the server population is low enough to restart. It is not yet live.

Even tho I don't have the slightest clue as of what's causing bikes to be bugged, I think the moment the additional /cr feauture showed up the bikes died.
Or perhaps the /engine bug is related to it?

Well, another ironic thing is that trains have no engines. They can't be started with /engine!  :D

I am aware, which is what is making the problem difficult to diagnose. Thanks for the input.

EMS group has to go through HQ.

Yes, during this time there was changes to how the lock system works which is possible it had an adverse domino affect which is now causing the issues. What is this /engine bug?

What is this /engine bug?
I don't know if it's considered a bug but some engines appear to be switched off even tho it's not the case and you gotta /engine twice so you actually switch it off.. to refill for example or for any other RPing purpose. No biggie but still something to let you know I guess.
