We base our quotes off of a variety of factors, including our professional risk assessment, and the number of security contractors needed. Once the quote is accepted, we will write up an individualized contract for you to sign, based on your situation and our professional risk assessment.

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for employment at Northbridge, applicants are expected to show the following.
Must be proficient in driving a variety of land vehicles.
Must be proficient in armed combat as well as hand to hand combat.
While not required, pilot experience is appreciated.
All applicants undergo a mandatory background check.
Applicants are tested on their driving and weapons skills in game with their own choice of car and their own choice of weapons.
Employees may also be recruited at the discretion of the commanders and the CEO. Those who are recruited without applying will not have to go through the standard application process, just a standard mandatory background check.

EMPLOYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Soldiers/Contractors are paid on commission for each job that they take. The standard rate for payment is 50% of the price paid for each job is divided equally among contractors.
Contractors are expected to maintain a professional appearance at all times.
You are here to protect various customers. You are to do so at all costs.
You are representing Northbridge Security Solutions while taking a contract. You are expected to uphold the companies reputation of being the best.
If you do anything to damage the reputation of the company, disciplinary action will be taken.
These terms and conditions take effect for every employee upon signing their contract.
