Reason of getting banned: Nice try, but not good enough. "My friends are saying it was death-evade or something"
Further information: Okay, I'm ready to elaborate about death-evade if the ban was for death-evade. First of all I was away from Thomas when he was fighting with Ulrich, DanielS, tkthaman and some other large name boys. "I went away to make myself Q. I was playing my laptop, power-cut. So I used my laptop. You can also check my IP address when the scenario took place. Okay lemme start from the beginning.
"I was roaming around the Viceport area talking with my mates and players, everything was going right then some niggas came up with cars. I can write their names. Ulrich, DanielS, tkthaman, Thomas_Soprano and other guys. I got no time to count about what is happening here, they all exited from their vehicles and starting DM'ing. Thomas offered me some shotguns and I accepted his offer. Then I went away from the guys who were fighting because I got no mouse and on laptop you can't DM properly. I then disconnected and went to take the mouse. I came back and seen the niggas with guns. My mouse was working but got no place to put it on so I continued to run. I got busted after 1 or 2 minutes." Do you guys really think I can evade? After 2 bans, and I never got angry or serious again here. Because I read all the rules and ATLEAST give me one chance to elaborate about what happened. And if it is my mistake so I will look forward to it like I did after getting unbanned in past times. I promise I will never disappoint you guys. That was clearly mis-understanding. And I have to pay the loan of Ulrich so I'm earning for it. Please do something. Do you REALLY think that I will evade near a retired admin and an active admin? I can't really do it. I got my ban history cleared in the past. Please, atleast give a chance to elaborate. I will be waiting for your replies.

I wasn't aware of this thing. I thought I was away enough to quit but I wasn't. I'm sure 100% this mistake will never happen again. I checked all the rules. I love this roleplay server and I have to pay the loan which was taken by me from Ulrich. So please and its a permanent ban, not even a temp ban. Please understand, I'm not just writing but peacefully waiting for your replies and I hope I could elaborate and make myself clear.

You are banned for evading death. Yes you were running away from us but Jay was after you and he was going to kill you, and at that moment you decided to /q for whatever reason. This is counted as death evading. You really thought that its cool to quit in situation like that? You know that its not allowed and you are not going to get away from it just like that.

1st - Yes, I know my friends told me that I'm banned for evading death and then you on discord.
2nd - None was after me but maybe Jay, but he didn't shot me neither I seen him shooting. He didn't even shoot me. If you can listen to his words so why you don't listen to my words. You can ask from him, they just want me banned. I not enemy with them. Maybe because of Sopranos
3rd - It wasn't lie and you can check my IP address that time. Yes I know this is counted as death-evade but I didn't do it on purpose. Why would I do it near good admins like you and retired Daniel
4th - I already stated many times that I thought it is a good distance to quit the game so I decided to quit the game but then I realized player can't even do /q when the situation is near him.

Please do something brother, if you think I did it on purpose so think why would I do it near you the admin and DanielS who is retired. Please do something bro, I want to play. Secondly, explain to me why you are using two accounts: "Harry_SopranoT" and "Dabangg"?
Thirdly, concerning the death evade, please explain very precisely the actions that took place shortly before you left the game. You said that you "ran away" but did the other players actively engage with you by either talking or shooting towards you? How far did you run before quitting? Did you check your minimap to see if the players were chasing?

Secondly you also mention that it's likely you were shot at, another fact that quite clearly tells you that you're in the middle of an ongoing scenario. Thirdly you admit that you didn't actually have a clear view at all of what was going on around the corner, several players could of been sprinting towards you but you wouldn't of been able to see. The distance from where you are and the road is nothing more than 40 meters max where you can still be shot. Every detail points to the same conclusion, that you quit in the middle of an on-going scenario. Do you think that this is allowed? Explain to me please why you think your actions are fair.

How can you come here and preach to us that you've improved when you've managed to get yourself banned after 2 weeks of playing? It's an absolute fucking disgrace. All those promises in your last request have now gone to shit. You didn't read up on the rules, obviously. You didn't pay attention and you got yourself banned out of pure utter stupidity. How many times do you need to make a mistake? How many times do you need to get banned? You're not learning at all. You're coming here begging to be unbanned talking about how you need to pay a loan. You're just such a big disappointment.

Sorry, my reply was late due to some internal problems.
I admit that I didn't pay attention to what was happening. I have been doing such mistakes for which I have got punishment many times. Even for aimlock I got punishment. But every time I stood up honestly and bravely. Some people do it with lies and they even get punishment sometimes. Maybe I have disappointed you but I also get hurt for it. And you know what happens when you got no evidences.
About the scenario, I admit that I was a part of the scenario. I also want to mention that they racing with Thomas and then Thomas exited he vehicle and offered me some guns. I accepted the offer. I tried to shoot a bit with my un-shootable laptop. I failed then I marched across the street. I'm sure they were fighting with Thomas, you should ask him also. I even waited for 2 or 3 seconds to see if somebody is running to me. Someone was coming near me and then I couldn't think much so I quit the game. I'm admitting this because I understood that whatever I did was wrong whether I did it on unintentionally or intentionally.
Thirdly I want to apologize for this mistake. Every time I do small mistakes and even I fail to clear myself; give evidences. Next time I will always turn on the recorder before playing game. I'll be sure 100% that I will never repeat this stupid mistakes. I will also not engage in such type of scenario next time. I will not disappoint you buddies this time and It is a commitment; a promise. I'm really sorry for what I had done near the players and on-going scenario. But I swear I didn't do it on purpose. I will not engage in such type of scenario and this time. It's last time, if the mistake continues again. I swear you can ban me. This time I'm serious. Next time I will take care and turn on the recorder before engaging in such type of situations. I'm not going to disappoint you.

I'm trying not to be useless and I'm trying to improve each of my bad habits in a better quality. I know that my actions aren't cool. I never wanted to do any kind of mistake; always tried to be good with others. Sometimes I joke but really I realize after I do something wrong. I love this server and I don't know what you think is funny here but you would have knew it if you were in the place of mine. My condition is not fine overall. Each time I got banned and each time I had to proof myself. Next time this shit never gonna happen. I swear, I promise. I want a last chance, not; never ever disappoint you instead I will try to make you proud by reporting rule-breakers in-game or by watching over all the server. It's a very very last chance. I know my actions weren't fair. Every person needs a chance and after a chance It's only last chance that I'm asking for here. I can't do shit to the server even by purpose so what will I do without purpose and intention. I love this server and I will do each and everything for server.

Yes you have given me a lot of chances to come back again and I have wasted all of them. I am really sorry. I have read all of them, you gave me chance I every time got banned again. I do some mistakes like I did again this time. I've got it, my tradition of appealing unbans has been like this always but just once more. Please just one other chance, I will surely not repeat my mistakes. I will not lie again to admins, even while joking. I will follow rules strictly now.
Maybe I don't qualify for a unban now. this time I will try my best not to break any rules. I will listen to admins and not repeat any mistake I did earlier. I will get out of my stupidity and not do my unfunny jokes on anyone. I will take everything more serious now. the last one was only a while ago. I couldn't prove what I wanted to, made another mistake again due to my stupid behavior. I won't spread my shit again to be cleared by admins. I won't bother you much with my mistakes again.
Trust me, I know its hard for you to give me this chance. But its also hard for me. Because this time I'll HAVE to prove myself and If I failed to do it so I'll get what I'm deserved for. Argonath is one of my favorite servers and I spent most of my time in it.

You keep begging for chances, you keep promising us good behavior and each time you get banned within a month.
It's not fair to admins for us to be unbanning you again so soon, thus this request will be denied.
Try again in 5 month time and we'll see if you've grown up at all.
