San Andreas Court House
Judge applications
As part of the constitutional reform set in motion by the Server HQ and Supreme Court, we have made the decision to recruit active judges. The goal is to have a team of judges that represent the Argonath Society. They should be able to provide fair and balanced decisions with respect to the boundaries set by the constitution and laws.

The following rules and conditions apply for your application to be considered:
- You must have a decent understanding of written (legal) English.
- You must have a good standing with the server HQ in terms of punishment history.
- You should not be overly biased towards any specific group, such as law enforcement or criminal groups. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case non-roleplay basis by the Supreme Court and Server HQ.

Describe your motivation and suitability for being a judge: I have experience package from being officer in San Andreas police department, being in investigations and leading them, now experience in FBI is helping to understand Court processes and materials that we have to use in the Court. My motivation is connected with wish to learn new ways of work.

Describe your motivation and suitability for being a judge: Well, mainly I'd like to join into the judicial side to learn a bit about how it works as well to give myself some help to get the judicial system active again. Why would I be suitable? I'm active enough and has the motivation to work day and night if possible, as well to inspect any case and get the faster response if possible.

Describe your motivation and suitability for being a judge: The current court is in need of staff and as a previous member of these chambers, I would like to return and assist in returning it to a fully operational group once more. I am suitable for this position due to my vast experience as a district judge, as well as my extensive background in law enforcement and I would be euphoric to be a member of these chambers once again and see the justicial branch back to what it used to be if not better.

Describe your motivation and suitability for being a judge: I'm the guy behind the removal of /mir and several other legal disputes on public chat. I believe the courts are no longer functional and that is what motivates me to apply as a judge. Previous judge applications also prove my wish to become one. My previous legal experience as an official state lawyer and knowledge of current ( and new ) Constitution allows me to interpret the law with ease. Seeing many police officers apply as judges also means the bias-scale might favour the police, so that is one more reason to appoint me as a judge.

Describe your motivation and suitability for being a judge: I would like to have the opportunity to work and gain more knowledge regarding how the juridical system works. Moreover, I'm a fast learner and I would like to assist to get the juridical system back on its' feet. I believe the law enforcement background of mine would considered helpful for it.

Describe your motivation and suitability for being a judge: I have been interested from along time to be an Judge, I am willing to pay my time for judging fairly between the individuals. I have previous knowledge about the constitution as I was FBI Paralegal and I want to expand my knowledge about legal affairs so I can't find a better place than a court to increase my knowledge at.

Previous legal experience: I was recruit in San Andreas Police Department for long time then i decided to apply in FBI after gaining enough experience, I am Cadet at FBI for like a month till now.

Previous legal experience: Served as an Attorney in a few cases, and have read constitutions and laws out of pure interest. I've also served in Vice City as an FBI Agent, currently serve there as a VCPD Officer, and formerly served the SAPD as a Police Officer III (Senior Officer).
Describe your motivation and suitability for being a judge: I wish to provide non-biased, objective verdicts for the justice in San Andreas. I feel that my knowledge of the law is fairly coherent, and my aptitude in the legal field is perfect for the Courts. I know I can provide completely objective verdicts, especially when law enforcement is involved. I feel that by no longer being directly associated with any law enforcement agencies in San Andreas, that I will be able to perform this to the best of my ability.

I'm fairly active around Argonath as well, and serving as a Judge shouldn't be too difficult in terms of activity accommodation. I feel my point of view would contribute effectively to justice and would help the citizens in San Andreas.

Previous legal experience: Being the first mayor of Los Santos I came across numerous legal matters. Before that I had my own law firm and have served in all sorts of court cases ranging from criminal to civillian disputes whether defending clients or just providing council to them. I have also been an assistant judge in the court system couple of years back and not to mention my career within the SAPD.
Describe your motivation and suitability for being a judge: I picked up a new character and I believe I am deem to be fit to take up the responsibility of a judge. Seeing progress in the court system gives me hope and motivation to give my input to make the system effective and active.

Also to those interested and Kowalski, there is currently no community member that has the power to appoint anyone a judge. The current three judges can make a decision but it is not in our power to accept or deny an applicant. Furthermore, there is currently no need for extra judges, so if you don't get an answer it's because of either one of these two reasons.

I apologize but for as long as HQ has no interest in talking about/to the court, this is how things will be.

A couple of new judges will be assigned including a new supreme judge. If you have interest in becoming a judge please reply with an application here.
