After U.S. government found the how this agency works, the facility was leased to Merryweather Security, which was owned in part by Don Percival to make this company clean and safe once again. After failure to pay, restructuring and bankruptcy, agency was shutted down and released from Merryweather Security. After few years brothers Simon and Kristopher Jones located this building with equipment that was located in it and made reconstruction of this company. To save the company reputation, they have been task with the responsibility of upholding the reputation of the Humane Lab and Research, company is being named as old name in past history "Humane Labs and Research"
