LIBERTY STATE AGAINST BADBOYDHIA
SECTION I. SUMMARY
Although the repetitive warnings sent to Mr. badboydhia over the past months to move the vehicles, belonging to his car dealership located in Falsom Way Bohan, from obstructing the sidewalk, the so called defendant has continued doing it taking advantage of the authorities' carelessness.
On the day 27, May 2019, a police interceptor spotted once again defendant's vehicles being parked in the sidewalk, placed not according as Act 11.8 states, therefore more units were called in and my intervention has came.
The owner was called to report to his car dealership, once he was arrived, we tried to establish a fine, according to the number of vehicles parked (5) and not being the first time, of 300 ARD. Upon his arrival, the defendant seemed careless of the violation and also looked like playing with us. We asked him more than once to move them, but he disobeyed us breaking Act. 4.5.
We, therefore, come up in court demanding to punish Mr. Badboydhia for his repetitive, although reported, violations regarding the same circumstance aggravated with the showing of a hand gesture meaning disrespect to the law enforcers on service at that time. ((last seconds of the video))
SECTION II. ACTS VIOLATED
All acts below are stated in the Laws of Liberty City.
Act 11.8
Parking is to be done in a way that does not obstruct or slow down the traffic.
Parking on the sidewalk is forbidden. Exception to this is where the driver parks his vehicle parallelly to the sidewalk with 70 % of his car being on the sidewalk. This is called a pullover.
Parking outside of designed parking areas is forbidden.
Act 4.5
Disobeying the order or court or government will result into a more severe punishment.
Act 2.12
Provocation is the act of attempting, by gestures, words or blows, to start hostilities.

i would like to infrom the court and the judge that mr Badboydhia already spoke(/p ingame) with the Liberty city Mayor (Armelin) about parking vehicles outside the Dealership
and because the DS showroom is very small its not able to hold 10 vehicles !
the mayor armelin clearly allowed mr badboydhia to park the vehicle on the side of the road .
violations regarding the same circumstance aggravated with the showing of a hand gesture meaning disrespect to the law enforcers on service at that time. ((last seconds of the video))

i would like to apology for what my client did to the officer , its not a good behavior as a citizen but still showing middle finguer at police is not a valid crime and its freedom of speech!

Can the defendant deliver to the court the notice that any city official has made about his DS exclusion from the traffic law.
If something cant hold 10 vehicle why would you put inside 10 vehicles.

Exclusion can be be from forum PM or /l chat in game where the DS is named and excluded from traffic laws due to reasons that benefit the Liberty City.

I wish to point out the diplomatic attitude that the defendant is suddently having in court, which was not at all present at the moment of the meeting, which was plenty of jokes from this last.
the mayor armelin clearly allowed mr badboydhia to park the vehicle on the side of the road .
How clear would it be with lacking proofs?

A constructive critic is freedom of speech. A gesture meant to offend is nothing else than disrespecting. We look forward accepting the apologies, however we don't aim to remove the additional fine.

While i love the fact you think this is personal and bias and what not, and that all that's needed is to make me happy,
I don't care about your or your DS, you are sued for a law violation, that's RP only, yet your key defense is a none RP chat.
That's my problem, also in past managers didn't want to pull logs for court cases, if you can get any manager to pm me or just show me a pm, that he will look at the logs and find your defense i will pause the case till then.
Also if you have any problems with me being the judge, just ask for a new judge.

i don't have elephant memory to remember exactly but as far as i remember it was mixture of /pm and /p since only me and him was online at that time and we wasnt close to each other to talk in /l

LCPD appreciates the spontaneous initiative coming up from the defendant's party, although it's not yet enough to determinate those vehicles letgitimately parked.
Act 11.8

As of the above stated Act 11.8, it clearly describes that a parking performed by the following formula: 70 percent placed on the sidewalk and 30 percent on the road, is meant for pulled over vehicles by an emergency vehicle.
It follows with "Parking outside of designed parking areas is forbidden", and we clearly can determinate that the place where the defendant has positioned his vehicles is not one.
We therefore demand to the court, to ask Mr. Badboydhia, defendant of this court case, to move his cars inside the fenced perimeter legitimately owned by this last which can clearly support the amount of cars at issue.

The defendant has failed to provide any evidence which formally exempts him from the traffic laws, thus violating ACT 11.8/4.5/2.12.
The defendant is found guilty of the following Charges against him:
Charge #1:
Obstruction of the sidewalk through six vehicles parked not according as Act 11.8 claims.
Charge #2:
Disobeying repetitive warnings.
The following demands from LCPD are accepted and added to the defendant:
Demand #1:
A fine of 10,000 ARD.
Demand #2:
An addition of 5,000 ARD as disrespect through the hand gesture.
Demand #3:
The moving of all the vehicles.
We therefore demand to the court, to ask Mr. Badboydhia, defendant of this court case, to move his cars inside the fenced perimeter legitimately owned by this last which can clearly support the amount of cars at issue.
The court orders the defendant to remove all the cars from the streets/sidewalk and move them into the Dealership Perimeter and to keep them within the Dealership Property Limit only. If the dealership is unable to hold 10 cars, then he may place the number of cars the Dealership is able to hold. The defendant has 48h to carry out courts order. Court requests LCPD to look after the same and inform the court once the vehicles have been moved.
