Subject says it all...I prefer AMD just because it has always worked for me and I haven't ever dealed with a pentium except once (the PC was ancient)

If you asked me years ago, I'd have said AMD. Now though, they have a lot to catch up with.

Same with me, 5 years ago it was AMD with the better price/performance and now it's Intel.

acctually i have a 4200+ (2.2 GHz) AMD dual core. and its rated at 6.8 GHz so do the math ^^
