What is RS4 legacy server?
Argonath Legacy Server was a failed attempt initiated by Chase, lead by me, to bring back an older version of the server. I personally was at fault with initiating without HQ approval and not being clear enough that it was meant to run parallel to the already good RS6 server.
Teddy/Chase ended up spinning up a version of RS4 using 0.3.7dl but it is riddled with bugs and simply no longer worth the effort to revive. I've had several privileged players test out various functions on this server.
In terms of the announcement for the 13th anniversary, this version of RS4 is running and works, just is riddled issues. We want to share it publically and during the day, I'll be on and give away money for everyone to enjoy. This server will be temporary and just used to have fun and experience some nostalgia together.
