When storing in a property, smuggling a vehicle what happens is that there is an announcement to players nearby what player did it. And that's fine, because they can see that player and would see him doing it.
The other thing is for example during a /wire. Why can a wire alone pick up who smuggled a car or who stored in a property? Does my character shout "HEY I JUST STORED SOME SHIT IN HERE BABY AND MY NAME IS :bananav: :war: " Shouldn't it simply say 'Items were stored in Private Property, ..." or a "Car was smuggled" unless they viewed and saw it through a CCTV?
Imagine this: we are in the 80s. Environment: the yacht.
If somebody flies a helicopter near the yacht to take pictures, should not people sufficiently close see this? Not be notified of this? How does he take those pictures secretly? Better yet, a man on the yacht can walk up to everyone, secretly click F8, store the photographs later and call it a day. Wouldn't I see him taking photos of me? Does he have a camera in his glasses?

We're stuck both in 1980s and 2019.
Cameras in 1980s were pretty big however. Absolutely wouldn't fit on glasses

There's a thing called balance, which sometimes means we deviate from perceived "realism" in order to have both sides in decently good standing.
Wires etc all have possible workaround where you won't necessarily be caught by them, also the agent taking the evidence cannot die during the scenario at any point.
You effectively just need to gitgut and not get raided as much as DanielS did a few years ago
