Hello there,
The economy of a server is crucial to its gameplay experience, especially when so much of player engagement is of in-game monetary value.
Properties come into a really rare category in our economy, because unlike SA-MP we are incredibly limited to the number of properties we can offer to players. At early access launch, a mere 16 properties will be purchasable and instanced. These include apartments as well as office space, some of which include personal garages to store and retrieve your player-owned vehicles in.
We intend to add more instanced versions of properties once it become stable enough for us to do so. GTA V's properties occur in-world, and there is little to no interiors to work with due to the game's open world design. With this, we become vastly more limited and simply cannot realistically offer every single property in-game with the same immersive experience. Our aim here is to stay as close and true to the game's design as we can to offer the best experience with.

So there will be a current of maximum 16 properties on current release or due to fivem itself limiting amount of properties?

As i said before. You don't have to script this for players. Set one person as "property manager" who sell property's in game. Additionally in same time he create forum information about it (location, picture, price etc). With this solution economy will be stable and normal. So you are not limited for 16 property's/server. I already see "rat race" for them if you set 16 max.

At release there will be 16 properties available for player purchase. This is due to the nature in which GTA V properties exist, they are not like they are in GTA SA where you are moved to another point in the map, they exist within the same physical dimensions as the map. For example, the apartments exist in the exact location of the building they appear in. We do have a way to instance but are looking at resource balancing for running those instances.

We do have a system which enables real estate agents to manage property sales, however players have opted to not have these system player run at launch.
