This is a contract declaration between Kimberly Purp Lee and Daniel Matthew regarding the sale of Spray'N'Go business situated in Little Havana (public record business #304) for $240,000.

Seller: Kimberly Purp Lee ([EAF]Kessu)
Buyer: Daniel Matthew (DanielS)
Original Value: $250,000
Agreed Amount Of Sale: $240,000

Terms of Contract:

Both parties will sign this contract both ingame and in the court.
Buyer Daniel Matthew will wire $240,000 to the seller Kimberly Purp Lee.
Seller Kimberly Purp Lee will hand over the keys to Spray'N'Go #304 to the buyer Daniel Matthew.
