Hello!
Welcome to the 2nd DevReport.
During the last week we started building two essential systems that will be the foundation for our server: Session Storage and Factions. Our session storage provides a secure, server-side managed, way to store player data during playtime. As you play the game, a lot of data needs to be kept about your character and as it changes we need to be sure to keep track of it all. There were a few community resources, but none which fit the build we needed, so we crafted our own from scratch.
Factions will be the foundation for systems such as police, gangs, and more. This will be a semi-robust system which integrates into various modules allowing persisted rank within various groups.
As our work has been focused on core, there is little to show for it now until they are integrated into different modules and for modules to be built on top of them. I hope in the coming week we're able to start working on those systems. This week we also aim to bring on our third developer to help speed up development time. We'll have an announcement on this later once we've finalized the details.
On a slightly other subject, I was paid to develop for SA-MP and those conditions never covered my development for V:MP. As funding for my development of SA-MP has been cut, it will have no impact on development progress for V:MP.

Personal i fully understand, that building new server is hard. Its like new gamę. Its better wait more for good scripted and tester server, than script done in rush
