Title: Got A Problem

well ive just found out i still own a buisness, from ages ago, and im chuffed  :D, but i cant do anything, when i go to /hire or /setfee it says you need a skin job, and whatever i choose, driver, cop , it never works, someone help?  :(

It is because your account is with ARPD rights, guys in ARPD cant do it.
