Did you try running both as admin? And do you perhaps have any mods installed that could be in conflict? your best bet is a clean install.
-
More details please? When does it crash? Upon join? After spawn?
Also crash log might give some indication of whats going on.

I have found this on the SA:MP forums.
Try these methods
Method 1
1. Press the Start Button and type "services"
2. In the Services list, search for "Windows Event Log".
3. Double-click on it, so another window will open.
4. Set "Startup Type" to disabled. Now restart your computer/laptop.
5. after that you will notice GTA San Andreas doesn't crash anymore.
Method 2
1.Right click on Computer after that click on properties.
2.Click on ''Advanced System Settings'' and System Properties will appear.
3.Click on "Advanced" after that "Settings" , Performance Option will appear.
4.Click on "Data Execution Prevention" and Turn on the "Turn on DEP for all Programs.
5.Click on add and add your gta_sa.exe and samp. At last "Apply".
6. Restart your computer.
Method 3
Step 1. Go to Gta San Amdreas Folder
C:/Program Files/Rockstar Games
Step 2. Right click on SAMP and the compatibility.
Step 3. set to Windows 98/Windows ME, check the box 'run as administrator' and 'disable visual themes'
Step 4. Click OK And you're done.
Method 4
If all this doesn't help then,
the most promising solution is to:
1) Uninstall the game
2) Remove all remaining files from ...\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\... folder
3) Reinstall the game
4) Play
5) If still having problems, delete gta_sa.set file from My Documents.

It's easy, uninstall your GTA > delete your rockstar folder, then install your GTA again > install SAMP, suppose to work like this.

Argonath does not support piracy. You can buy GTA San Andreas from Steam or from a local game store in your country. I personally bought it lots of years ago from a store.

Does your single player GTA San Andreas work?

Where did you buy the game? Some versions you have to downgrade the exe to 1.0. See https://gtaforums.com/topic/927016-san-andreas-downgrader/

As far as I know, you don't need steam to downgrade.

Unfortunately, we cannot help you as you have torrented the game and no one knows what's in that torrent because there's so many torrents of the game out there with many different versions.
While I personally have torrented iso image of the game myself, I have bought the CD copy of the game at least 2 times before so I legally have a license to the game, so I do not feel bad. I probably should have made an iso clone of it back then but really there's no difference in that then downloading the cd image somewhere.
Due to legal liability, Argonath cannot facilitate any support to pirated versions of the game, therefore we cannot help you. The only advice I can give is this: If you have bought the physical CD or steam version before, try to find a backup of the game in the form of an .iso image file, mount it, install it, and downgrade if needed.
Locked as, again, we cannot facilitate any support or discussion of software piracy.

If you keep crashing and you still can't find another GTA SA you should try go clean and get it straight from Rockstar's Social Club, they are giving GTA San Andreas for free if you download their games launcher.
