Current whereabouts are unknown, yet he has been spotted mainly residing at Mulholland - Red County district after successfully buying the Aldebourne residence, completely overcoming potential buyers. He runs Ten Green Bottles (TGB for short) and despite controversy due to the bar's location being overrun from local African-Americans thugs, the organization manages to keep it flourishing by precise protection and restricted access. | Rumors(?): Donald "Donnie" Langdon, also known as Phantom, keeps a low-profile. An ARPD Officer has been found left by his roadtrain in Garcia, San Fierro with two, according to latest examinations, rifle bullets into both of his kneecaps. The local CCTVs conveniently enough were turned off but by an insider; rumor has it that Charles Marston has plead guilty of the said crime by calling the SAPD and openly warning the entire department immediately after and I quote "Y'all are next in line. -2M".
The local crime(?) organization has not been seen running the streets for few months now, especially after the leaks of the... Holy Church of Bayside event that must not been named had spread all over the state. It is currently unsure whether that's a permanent state of events or just a slight glimpse of the Organization's past. Remnants of the feared Organization have not been encountered anywhere and none of the law enforcement agencies or any other different civil aspects of duty have reported any sort of updates.
The citizens of Bayside have reported suspicious movement surrounding the well known PBA (Private Bayside Airways) Airport with one fifteen year old boy reporting to one of our journalists;
"Yes, I saw a big pile of blood by the canal. I immediately rushed home but my father made it to that specific area I told him of." - said a rather intimidated youngster.
"Big pile of blood? I bet you watch a lot of action police series, Ben. NCIS? CSI? *chuckles* Well, what your father had to say after he returned home?" - asked one of our journalists.
"*bursts in tears* He is missing. Furthermore, the Garcia Trucking Depository has provided sound of the perimeter by handing over a tape of the scene to the SAPD.

Last but not least, from unknown source, a rather odd photograph of suspicious individual has been found in the PBA helipad, wearing a hat and a backpack whilst being in the ocean - possibly declaring the criminal's identity and way out of sight. Yet, it has been signed as "CM". Possible references might be: "Corleone Mafia" or "Charles Marston". Unfortunately, last night one SAPD officer along with a FBI Agent have been found crucified and left to rotten by the Bayside Canal. However this time things seem to have become a little more personal with the Crime Organization and SAPD.
After the first round of events, we've managed to deploy solid camera angles and proper sound devices. There's no point in me doing the talking since actions speak louder than words. Please note that the footage below may be extremely disturbing.

It is now certain that the Crime Organization being mainly ran by notorious criminal Donald "Donnie" Langdon (http://www.argonathrpg.eu/index.php?action=profile;u=5044) and partner in crime Charles "Charlie" Marston (http://www.argonathrpg.eu/index.php?action=profile;u=16013) is here to stay.. once more.
The whereabouts of Donnie are currently unknown, but many fear that only horror is set to follow after last night's events.
The criminal duo is known to act on repeated faction and strike immediately one after another. SanTV has a close eye onto the matter and has voiced its concerns about Donald Langdon soon making his own entrance to those repeated crimes.
Charles Marston seems to be feeling no shame in torturing SAPD individuals but has probably had one of his associates to send Bayside News Co. and SanTV a photograph of him being needlessly tased by SAPD Sergeant LukeN when in custody. The photograph seems to have a rather odd red ink or possibly blood onto it, right along with a smiley in red. Many fear that this is a sign of the Organization's hit-list.

The Organization has enforced the "Stay Sharp & Safe" morals, which means that they are obviously here to stay.
