Title: Making SA:MP Visible

Well as the title says, I often browse forums without being logged in and SA:MP is the only section of the community totally off limit's to Non Members.

It is not a good step since New Players who may want to get help DO NOT know how our forums work and CAN assume that there is no SA:MP support.

I think all NON-RP Sections like the SA:MP General Board and Unban Request Sections should be visible to Non Members aswell since they include all the Rules and Information generally needed plus Unban Request board should be visible for a player to make a request on. He may not know if he even can make Unban Request's for SA:MP.

The moderator that approves this post, please also make this topic sticky so that it gets people's attention.

I'm always logged in and never noticed, but this is the first thing we should do lol

And while we're at it, since SAPD is closed again, find a way to let new players apply for SAPD from THIS forum, instead of having to open two separate accounts, navigate through separate forums.

I've been in contact with the rest of the HQ about this concern and we came up with the conclusion of why not? Sounds fair that new players that are interested about the forum also
should be able to view, though not be able to post when not yet a member.

Our beloved webmaster Traser made it happen!  :)

SA:MP Section is now again visible for quests, most of the sections and subsections are accessible.

I support this one as well.
Also make it for for the rest ( SAFD and idk what else)
