I, Daniel Matthew, is willing to purchase the property Maison Wenifall (ID #295) located in Ocean Beach. I, and Ben Kluger (the owner of the Property currently) have discussed about selling it for cash.

In exchange for the Property #295, Mr. Ben Kluger will need to transfer the property to Emma Waters (Our holder) in exchange for a total sum of $280,000 ARD. Scamming will result in a lawsuit.
