Red County

4 - Dillimore Gas Station
5 - Warehouse near Pizza Stack, Blueberry
6 - Raimi Reality (near Pizza Stack), Montgomery
7 - Bank (South of Ammunation), Palimino Creek

Las Venturas

8 - Gas Station 1, South LV
9 - Chinese Style Shopping Mall, East of Starfish Casino
10 - 24/7 Opposite the Visage, The Strip

Bone County/ Tierra Robada

11 - Gas Station/ Truck stop, West of Blackfield
12 - Liquer Store, Fort Carson

As usual suggestions welcome. May add pictures sometime next week.

Commands:
/withdraw [money] - To withdraw money from your back account.
/deposit [money] - To deposit money to your bank account.
/bank - To check how much money you have in your bank account.

Note: If you dont place an amount were it quotes money all money will be withdrawed or deposited.

It will not give interest, but is good if you don't wan't to get robbed :D

If the person is offline you can't use his/her ID. But as for your idea, the bank acc nr and phone nr should be the same.
