Hi,

I am here to ask you (the community) what you would like to see changed around the forums, Eg: New forum software, new plugins, new edits etc, you are free to put everything in this topic.

The recent edits are:

A new forum software like XenForo would be pretty neat, sadly I believe the license for it is $160 if I'm not mistaken.

Everyone I have talked to about forum software has said that it's impossible to upgrade unless Sauron or Gandalf or someone descent from the sky to do that.

PhpBB looks neater than smf imo. And has backup options.

AFAIK Carbon has more than enough access to make these changes, if I'm not mistaken.

Two things:

Something I noticed, when you click on the forum navigation bar, you have to click the text. Would it be possible so you can just click on the button, not just the text? I have clicked it many times not exactly on the text and going no where.

And more / new emojis :).

1. To change the size of font - I hardly can read )))
2. I actually think that forums are too difficult to use... Many redirects, many categories which could be simply united, the new posts are at the end, so have to scroll constantly... etc...
Well if forums are counting on new people as well it should be friendly - it means minimum links and redirects...
