Title: [SA:MP] New developers

Today we welcome Ted_Wilson and Kjones as our two new Dev Leaders! In this new system they will work directly under me and Goobii.
 If you have suggestions of scripts etc, then either post them at the suggestion topics, or ask me and Goobii about it. Any future developers will be under the
 wings of Ted and Kjones. This is a good step in the right direction for our SAMP server as we now have both an active HQ aswell as active developers!
