Dear court, on the date of 14/11/19
I Steve Works as lawyer of Capital - One I.I.C came here to sue BadBoy Rentals.
In a sort details, about a year ago Capital - One bought some business here in Liberty City
One of them was a real estate called "Rent Me", the business had many houses / apartments
available for rent and had some which was up-coming properties...For their reason company
closed but the business name and the properties passed to Capital - One.
Besides the fact that Badboy Rentals opened one month after Rent Me and they had very similar
by the look sites as well they was renting the same properties as we learn few days ago.
All this time the company Rent Me was "on hold" and few months ago its started up again, so we found
the properties that we bought and want to set in the market...already be set by Badboy Rentals
and for a weird reason they are marked as "rented" at that time.
By the law side and to make everything more clear. Correct me if am I wrong within the laws,
Capital - One goes against Badboy Rentals for the following .
First by the,
- Act 2.13
Trespassing, or the fact of entering a property without a proper authorisation, is prohibited.
Second by the,
Act 7.2
A person who takes possession of another person’s or organisation’s valuables without his/its consent is guilty of robbery.
And third by the,
- Act 8.1
A person who requires payment for services or goods but is not willing to deliver those is guilty of fraud.
Leave at the side the fact that we are talking about houses and renting one without someone be there is not possible
and renting something that doesn`t belongs to them and keep the profits, if you look the rest of their properties
catalog you will see more houses around 6 if I remember right and if you have time to visit their locations you will
find empty houses which are available to buy them, only one is truly belongs to Badboy Rentals.
In this point I would like to say our demands,
- Requesting from Badboy Rentals 43.750$ for each house that belongs to us and be in
the Badboy Rentals catalog, as a missing profits until today, amount which is calculated
by the last prices of "Rent Me" company.
- Requesting from Badboy Rentals 12.420$ for every day that is passing, for each property
until Badboy Rentals take down our properties from their catalog.
- Requesting from the Court to take actions against the fake company.

I like that attitude very much, tho i will explain to you i only use updated topics button and do manual view of sections that have some form of activity, IVMP courts are not a active section so i drop by on manual search only when i need something from the courts.

After reading your statement's, I have came to conclusion that no legal options are available to you at this moment and that this case is not a valid case.
Elaboration:
The script wont allow a player to rent a property he doesn't own.
Your claims of scam are without a proof, if you have any form of written or verbal contracts where defendant rented your company's property's to anyone then by all means send me those contracts in a pm or post them here.
If it was rented for a day to a player in need for a hideout using rp only *meaning he didn't use any script* that's nice rp, but still needs to be proven in order to sue the defendant.
Insane monetary demands also raise some questions....
I will leave this case open for time being.

I'm just using my logic, he cant rent the property from a picture, he needs access to it, to rent anything.
And you didn't prove he rented it even once, just that he has a picture of it hanging around.
I will use this example, will you pay me money for a Porsche 911 i have a picture off it, only because i have the picture of it?

No you will want the car you paid for.
Don't get me wrong, find me a man/woman that was scammed and you got your self a case, without the victim this just isn't a case of scamming.

Cant be proven when the pictures were taken and who was the owner at the time.
Act 7.2
A person who takes possession of another person’s or organisation’s valuables without his/its consent is guilty of robbery.
As you are the owner of the property's in question they are not in possession of a 3rd party.
Also as judge i have the right to discard unrealistic demands and asking for way over 200k is not realistic. 88k bulk and per day of 12.420 for this case since November......
Best move would be board mods to remove those pictures.
