Title: Fire safety equipment.

All  Government Buildings : Court hall, City hall, Hospitals, Police Stations, Federal Bureau Of Investigations Offices
Public Places : Gas Stations, Factories, Restaurants,  and other Businesses, should have safety equipment.


Act 14.5
After a 4 months grace period all Government Buildings, Businesses will need to have fire safety equipment installed or requested.


Act 14.6
After those 4 months owners of the business who didn't install fire safety equipment, will be fined 1.000$ ARD and sued per act Act 5.8


Lets play a game.

The first 10 people to request there equipment will be paid 3000$ from court, others who don't request the fire equipment will be sued per Acts 5.8 and 14.6, and will pay the court fee and fine for all 3 things.
Act 5.8
A person who endangers the comfort, safety, property or lives of others is guilty of common nuisance.

Its a pure rp thing and seems logical that all business and gov buildings should have some fire saftey regulations.

A good organized business I guess it has them already but law(s) about fire protection is needed, its not a personally matter but for the public safety.

This "license" should be provide by LCFD and under their investigation in each property (if the fire protection is installed correctly etc), right?

Yes, LCFD will provide you a certificate claiming that all systems are installed and that your businesses are safe for everyone.
Alongside to the certificate you will receive a copy of your businesses in our database with green mark. (A forum PM with a quote of your topic in our database and that the systems were installed in it.) That will protect you in any court cases.

Make a license similar to Passport or Driving will take it too far?

Now we have this,

Passport Unlocks -> [ Driving license / Available to purchase buildings ]
Driving License Unlocks - > [ Available to purchase vehicles ]

Effects :

COL & SSDS

Perhaps with the new license,

Passport Unlocks -> [ Driving license / Fire safety license / Available to purchase Houses / apartments buildings Only ]
Fire safety license Unlocks - > [ Available to purchase Business buildings ]
Driving License Unlocks - > [ Available to purchase vehicles ]

COL & SSDS & LCFD

Perhaps now can work too and if you want to be a business man / women, you gonna need it for sure.
