I think paruni should be back because if sometimes argonath is shut down or something we can play that for fun or any talks and prepare for DM aswell :D

It's gone.
According to [Rstar]Gakgoss, it may have had funding issues. I'm not sure what the story is, but Paruni is gone.

Gone, there were attempts to revive it again but no assistance or help was provided unfortunately, only 2-3 people cared to revive it.

What do you mean by "real" issue? It's one of the major issues, no funds, no devs, no staff, no players and SA:MP died. New SA:MP servers will never make it especially new DM servers.

Or it might have something to do with the fact what Monte's tried to do when he led it..

There's no need for another DM server.

I don't see Paruni returning, unless someone somehow had legacy files that we could put up just for fun. :P
As for an official return, I sadly don't see it happening, unfortunately.

I tried to help Monte revive it a couple of years ago. Gandalf apparently gave him authority over it but did not bother to give over access to the web server, and not even a VM to host the SAMP server on... So we asked him, and we got the usual no response for months. So Monte spent a lot of cash on a server from OVH, and the paruni.net domain, and I managed to find a way to redirect the paruni.com forum to paruni.net. We were tired of waiting. Eventually, things kinda fell apart with Monte running low on cash among other issues.
As others stated, no one cared to be interested in a DM server. We even tried expanding to a CSGO server but again, no one was interested. Looking back, I think Monte was wanting to overexpand it, and too quickly. I don't think Monte is necessarily a bad or ill-intended person like some people make him out to be, I think he's just "different" in the way he thinks about things. If I was Monte back then I would've just left Paruni to die since Gandalf couldn't be bothered to set up hosting for it. No way I would spend money on something that in the end isn't entirely owned by me, especially when people weren't interested.
Funding probably wouldn't have been an issue had Gandalf responded to our countless emails, but that's just Gandalf I guess.
