Hej hej fellow SAMPers.
As many of you have requested for a long time, I will now begin to asell properties of people that's inactive. I will judge each individual case if the player is inactive or not. To judge this I will be looking at things such as online time over the previous weeks, but also if the player is active in some other server instead of ours. This is not to "punish" someone and force people to come back to be active, its simply to make the gameplay better for those who already are there.
Properties that might get sold due to this includes pay and sprays, ammunations, farms and other unique properties, but also the regular bizzes ant interiors. Some will be sold in an auction but some will just become unowned.
If you temporary are inactive due to studies, personal reasons or whatever then you may contact me and I will see if i can take into consideration or not.
