I was actually tempbanned wrongfully and found out that I was actually perma banned today, a friend told me so.
Yet, I deathmatched a guy who was actually with me on voice chat and we were literally having fun with each other.
Avoid the deathmatching part, I was deathmatched by a random guy right infront of 2 moderators and I've even asked them to take action as they've pretty much saw everything. Yet, both ignored me so I had to report.
I reported him and both me and him were tempbanned for deathmatching, I didn't complain as It was just a tempban.
What happened today? A friend of mine tells me that I've been perma banned, what's the reason behind that? Advertising...
I didn't advertise shit, logs can prove, saying a server's name isn't advertising, I didn't advertise it in any way.
I hope you discuss this with each other and respond as fast as possible.

You and your friends were killing each other for "fun"..
You were confronted by me and another staff member and said "it's for fun, we're in a call".
We told you if you wanna do such thing for "fun", all the players around you shall know that it's a joke and not meant to break any rules.
After us talking to you, you decide to deathmatch again and most likely without the other players knowing it's for a joke.
2 mins later a player comes out of a bomb garage and you take your shotgun and shoot the driver, and that driver made a report, and while we were investigating that report, you shoot your friend in the back, and then this unknown guy comes and kills you too...and you got pissed about it, and you started talking about another community and how killing their players is better than this.
now my question to you is, Do you think killing a player even if he is your friend in a admin situation..a good move?

Stefos' reply is more or less a copy-paste of Connor's.
The main reason they've asked for this ban, is because you found everything that's happened to come from a "retarded server" and would rather play Mudoo.
From what I gathered, you've killed a random person, something the admins investigated, to then joke around, and kill your friend - before you were killed yourself.
The later one infuriated you and you went on an "insulting the server" spree.
I'd like to hear your side, @AlarbaS

I didn't really insult the server in anyway. Yet, I was a bit trolling with my friends.
I only said that I better go play "somewhere else" just because of the admins ignoring the fact that I was deathmatched next to them, even after me trying to tell them.
None of the admins asked if we're just trolling with each other or not, I cant remember myself telling them that we're in a call or something, even if I did, no players were next to us, we didn't have to explain to anybody, we wouldn't shoot each other if there was any random player next to us.
You straight teleported to me saying that we cant shoot in the street? Since when tho? What if we've roleplayed and it turned into shit afterall ? Do I tell my enemy to go hide somewhere so we fight?
Anyways, I did troll a bit and I apologise, would love to have a second chance.

Keep in mind it's best to joke around with friends in a secluded area, not just in the middle of the street as people might not know you're joking and end up reporting you for it.
That being said, after I've heard your side and the side of the administrators involved - A full ban shouldn't have been issued, at most you should've been talked to.
I'll put in a request for you to get unbanned.
I will update this topic when HQ has lifted your ban.

I wouldnt report a guy whos chilling with me on vc, I reported the one that deathmatched me for no reason and both me and him were tempbanned.
As for the people I was on vc with > Matrix Corleone and Pokemon Mama.
