No idea why did i got a ban, But lately I was gambling with Kaiser and he sent me 75,000$ as a bet then said 150k$ bet i told him If you won, I 'll send you 150k , Cuz iam the dealer and just sent me 75k then he didn't reply he just said 150k bet then I told him if you won I'll sent you 150k then he didn't reply

Granted Kaiser made a mistake by sending you an additional 75k instead of arguing about the previous bet however that does not allow you to scam him aswell and try to cover it by buying weed although you have enough cash on your account.
