Vehicle rent

---

Most vehicles can now be rented from 1 to 24 hours. Features:

• /carlock
• All appearance commands
• Stay spawned even if the player disconnects
• Ignores the 1 vehicle limit

/stoprent can be used to return the vehicle before the expiration time, which can be checked on /invent.

Misc

---

CB /area now notifies the player they are being tracked,
Added a hospital at Paleto Bay,
Increased the reliability of the interfaces.
