I am happy to present you:(https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/651424719035432970/711347788046401546/vcrc.png)
I kept this project in development over the past months and today, I am revealing it to you.
I think most of you already know what rallying is but I have the duty of telling you anyway:
"Rally is a form of motorsport that takes place on public or private roads with modified production or specially built road-legal cars. It is distinguished by not running on a circuit, but instead in a point-to-point format in which participants and their co-drivers drive between set control points."
Rallying requires a good knowledge of the track, aswell as good driving skills through rough terrain and avoiding various obstacles or challenges that might come.
I hope I caught your interest and let's jump right into these season's rules, requirments, vehicles list (yes, some vehicles will be banned), tracks and other things.
REMEMBER THAT SOME THINGS MIGHT CHANGE BEFORE ANNOUNCING THE START DATE, however i am coming with updates if that will happen.
Requirments:
In order to participate in this event, you will need a few things:
A team. A team is made from 2 1 man,but it can be made from a driver and a co-driver too. As a driver you are suppose to...drive, of course, you will be in the control of the car. As a co-driver, your role is to help your driver to get past the various obstacles and coordinate him. More rules regarding the teams in the rules section.
Now that you have a team, you will also need a car, which will be used from the beginning of the season to the end, that meaning you will not be allowed to change that car model. You will be able to use modified versions of these street cars, for example Bloodring Banger is a modified version of an Oceanic, or Glandale, depending what type you choose, or Sentinel XS is a modified verios of the Sentinel, and the list continues. However, some of the cars will be banned/not on "the allowed cars list", such as most of the sport cars and Hotrings. More regarding vehicles in the rules section and vehicle list.
This season there will be no entry fee, since this event is sponsored by me, so far. In case you want to sponsor this event aswell, check the sponsors list.
Since I want this event to be more entertaining I decided to ban some vehicles, that being said, here is a list with the allowed vehicles for this season. Also vehicles owned by VCPD/FBI/EMS/FDVC/Kaufman Cab are banned.

RulesRules regarding teams:
1. A team is made from a driver.
only 2 people, a driver and a co-driver.2. The driver is allowed to only drive the car during the race.
3. The driver is not allowed to exit his car during the race. Exiting the car during the race will result into a penalty of 10 minutes and skipping the current track.
4. The co-driver is disallowed to drive the car during the race.
5. The co-driver can exit from the car during the race to remove possible obstacles from the way or help pushing the car in case it is getting stuck in mud/dirt/terrain in general, or help to coordinate the driver.
6. The co-driver is not allowed to stay out of the car for more than 30 seconds. Once he gets back inside the car, the timer restarts. Staying outside for more than the allowed time will result in a 15 penalty.7. The driver
and co-driver can not be changed once the season started, so choose wisely.
8. One man teams are
not allowed.
Rules regarding the tracks:
9. The tracks are going to have different "restriction level zones". There are 2 different levels. Every showcase video of the track will have the restriction levels written in a corner, and will change as it progresses through zones of the track (just wait and you will see what i mean)
10. High restriction level zone: you must follow the path, as it is shown in the run (not use any shortcuts, but the path). Going off the path in high restriction zones will result in a 10 seconds penlty per second stayed off the path, until going back on the path. Some high restriction zones might have different requirments, such as not touching the grass or the sand, or not going off the asphalt, or not driving on the side walk, the specific restriction will be mentioned in the showcase video.
11. Medium restriction level zone: You must hit certain checkpoints and you are allowed to take whatever way you want, as long as you have hit the checkpoints. Not hitting these checkpoints will result into a pentaly of 15 seconds, however, the checkpoints will be quite wide and easy to remember, so I don't think anyone will be able to miss them.
12. Going off the track will result into a 15 minutes penalty and skipping the current track.
13. In case an accident makes you get off the track, there will be no penalty, being it a high restriction zone or not, you are suppose to recover, get back on it without using the said accident in your advantage. Using the accident in your advantage will count as "going off the track" (rule 12)
14. It is prohibited to have more than one team at the same time on the track.
15. The co-driver is allowed to move/remove the obstacles that can be found on the track and which blocks the driver's path as it is mentioned in rule 5.16. Sabotaging a run is prohibited, of course.
17. Not showing up for the race will result in skipping the track and adding a 15 minutes penalty.
18. If the race is not finished in less than 10 minutes, it will result in a 10 minutes penalty and skipping the track.
19. The timer will start as soon as the starting count finishes (at "GO!") and will be stopped at the moment when you will pass the finish line/get the track skipped due to a rule break.
20. There will be test runs before the race starts. I advice you do your test runs when there is no race scheduled.
Rules regarding vehicles:
21. If your car gets wrecked during a race you will not be able to continue the event, resulting in being kicked out for the rest of the season, marked as DNF. So try to preserve the car.
22. The cars can be repaired after the race.
23. You must use the same car model you registered with for the whole season.
New rules: 12.06.20201. Now you can register later during the season, but that coming up with a penalty for the missing races of 15 minutes per missed race, meaning if you registered when the season is in it's second stage (second racing weekend) you will recive a penalty of 15 minutes for the race you were not part of.
2. Due to the change of the mandatory requirment of a co-driver, that is not needed anymore, co-drivers don't have any power/abilities, except from advicing the driver.
3. You can register in game aswell now, just contact the manager of the event from that day, most of the times it will be me.
4. The races will be recorded and at the end of the race you will be given an approximate time of your run, and later to be checked by the referee.
5. If you want to follow the run of a racer try not to affect his run, especially if you want to do it with a Maverick, being too close to the road and causing a fps drops from the wind effect.
