Update list RS6.0.6f

Script Changes:

• FIxed /cuff issue
• Added all tolls back
• Added navigation for market list, you don't need anymore to write page number, you have Next, previous page buttons
• SAPD entry exam is back, Recruits will have to pass exam to get entry ticket to SAPD
