Update list RS6.1.2

Script Changes:

• Disabled ability to bag own corpse
• Allowed to investigate corpse again and again for PD.
• Added Fort Carson Fire Department
• Fort Carson Fire department has now outside speakers for missions
• Added Fire helmets for /wear for firefighters and EMS

Mapping updates:

• Added Fort Carson Fire Department
