Update list RS6.1.4

Script Changes:

• Added auto message with informative context
• Added fire mission: SANTV HQ FC
• Added fire mission: Civilian house Fort Carson Market
• Added fire mission: Vehicle garage behind of SANTV HQ
• Added fire mission: Trailer Park FC
• Added fire mission: Traffic collision in the middle of Fort Carson
• Completely removed helpers system by replacing with help chat, to use /h
• Added FBI office at the Fort Carson
• Normal groups can now own up to 10 cars

Fixed /storecorpse issue. You can use magic now and you are not obligated to open vehicle boot.

Some vehicles has issues with detecting their door status.
