Update list RS6.1.5

Script Changes:

• You can now store 3 bodies in normal vehicles instead of just 1.
• Cleared the construction mapping around the mall, returned to the default.
• Added a terminal in Fort Carson at the old drive-in theater - special thanks to Chester Campbell for making it.
• Removed a few unused custom maps.
• Moved Fort Carson driver duty to the new terminal.
