Full ingame name - Ibrahim13
Approximate date of getting banned - 01.02.2020
Reason of getting banned - Resisting arrest by drowning self as a suspect.
Further information - So i was wanted and was trying to evade but there were too many cops on my trail. As i saw that there is no other exit i just went and threw myself in the water but i didnt see in the rules that its forbidden(not saying that its not there, saying that i didnt notice it). I also had 2 warnings or 3 by admin because of laughing at someone who was killed or was punished by an admin. Before that i was insulting Nylez that he isnt a good admin(i havent used something like "mother" or "family", just the "f" word) because he was being afk when i needed help. I was banned by him forever.

Im sorry if the double post is a problem here but i could not find an edit button to the first post. I forgot to add something to it - After the rage about Nylez was gone i put a note sprawl in a box on his sabre turbo in front of his private property saying "sorry for that" or something similar and i told him to go there but im not sure if he has found it.

Now why the fuck should we unban someone who was deliberately being a shitbag despite all the warnings admins gave you?

I have never been able to play since the ban i had. I was logging in sometimes to try and see if i am unbanned, someone said that im trying to use VPN or proxy to log in but i dont have either of them. I am using a router but i dont know how can i configure it to avoid bans and play regardless them. I have not talked to anyone or with anyone in the community since the ban except here on the forum the 2 unban requests i have post. I dont know if someone else has tried to join with my name or identify themselves as me. As i said i havent been able to play since the date i mentioned in the first post.

Answer the question and stop PMing admins like Aky told you to, you already got blocked by some of us.

I dont even know what you are talking about my first ban was by Aky or someone else for 3 or 6 hours, before that i have never commited a rule break or tried to be hostile by words to someone. After some days after the ban comes the situation when Nylez is afk and i insult him for being afk admin when i needed help. The warnings i had were for laughing at someone who got killed or was dealt with by an admin. Then i havent done anything bad, i even said sorry to the two admins Aky or someone else and Nylez. Then comes the situation where cops chase me and i threw myself in the water but i swear i didnt know thats forbidden, it had logic for me to be a proper way out of a situation because in real life criminals who see no way out also commit suicide. Then i was banned by Nylez permanently and i posted my first unban request. During the ban time i have tried to log in several times to see if im still banned because i havent found something like a ban list where i can check. Once when i tried i was kicked by someone who said that its forbidden to use VPN or proxy to avoid ban and play regardless it but i dont even know how that works. Since then i have never been able to play and could not communicate with players except on discord or here in the forum.

I mean i clearly understand that you would want to know what has changed or why would you unban me. I started playing in this server when i was 13(Thats why its Ibrahim13) and i used to spend a lot of time in there until the beginning of this year when i got banned because i could not control my emotions towards Nylez and said some bad things to him and broke a rule, even a minor rule there is no difference, rules are rules and should be followed. I clearly know that you have those questions and want me to answer them.

How we can know that you changed? - I mean there is no actual way if you know i have changed unless i get unbanned and i can play again because you would see my NEW actions and you can compare them to the previous ones.

Why would we want to unban you/how can you help the community or the server? - There is actually no real reasons for an unban because i clearly know that i have f*cked up when i let my emotions speak for me and broke the rules twice(one of them i didn't really know exists but that's not your mistake, it's mine that i haven't seen or missed it). If i have to tell the truth my first ban when Aky banned me for picking items after the smuggle, i didn't even pick anything but i played like i did. I know it's still a rule break, even stricter here because it is not recommended to lie to an admin but i was clearly fine with that ban and said sorry to Aky when i got back. Probably the ways i can help the community is just by being in the server for +1 player because its more fun like that. Now some people might say that the next thing is bullsh*t but i have also made a video about this server trying to bring more players because it is better.

Why would we let a player like you(shitbag like you called me) to be in for +1 player? - You can't really know except if you look at my NEW actions in the server if i really get to play again. I just could not hold my emotions back towards Nylez then and i started to rant. I explained about the two rule breaks i did above.

I clearly know that you do not accept promises here but anyways i am going to promise that the thing last time will not happen again.

I understand that Fuzzy but if i give you promises that i will try not to let my emotions speak for me again, you all will take that as empty promises like many other people's were taken, i have been on here for long. It has already been almost half a year and i have learnt my lesson to know the rules better and try to keep myself from doing what i did to Nylez the last time. Even if this unban request get denied again i will most likely try in the future again because i really like the way the server and how its plugins are made. I dont want to say things like "Everyone deserves a second chance" because i made the things bad for me but i tried to get a bit of the shame off myself by telling sorry to the admins and people that had to deal with me - Nylez, Aky and the cops who were chasing me when i did the suicide Kowalski and someone else, i dont remember but i mentioned them in the first unban request.

Keep in mind that if the suicide as wanted was your only rulebreak, you wouldn't have been permanently banned. You happened to be breaking rules on a regular basis and became a nuisance to many players who kept reporting you for different reasons. Your attitude was poor, and you were childish and just plain annoying.

You are requesting to be unbanned, so give us a reason why. It's been 6 months, but what have you achieved in that time? If you've done nothing in that time, the fact that it's been half a year is irrelevant. Explain in detail what you have learnt and why this should give us confidence in unbanning you.

We're not going to take any risks and just unban you, hoping that you've changed. You need to PROVE to us that you have changed. You can start by explaining in detail what your problems were, and how you have tackled those problems to improve yourself as a player.

I cant remember any other rulebreaks by my side except putting bombs in enemy people's cars. xD I will try to remember if anyone tells me other rules that i have broke except the thing about Aky when he banned me, Nylez and the suicide. I have also put cars on fire and threw myself out from them while the car was heading towards police but i was wanted then. I remember when i was doing fake phone calls but that was because of the rp aspect and for content. I dont remember ever ranting at someone like the situation with Nylez or having a poor attitude except on RPs. Again, i will declare myself guilty if someone can tell me a rule i broke except those above and give evidence. (i know you have fancy logs telling everything)

One of the reasons is maybe that i was playing in this server for 3 or 4 years and after the ban i could not find any other better servers than this one. It could also be some kind of a bond because i still know a lot of things related to the server.. I realized that i miss playing on here.

Yeah, i just wanted to make sure that he can know that it all wasn't on purpose and that i have nothing personal against him. Probably one of the other problems to be a troller in the beginning was because of a player(i dont want to tell his name, you will most likely guess who he is) i used to roll with in the beginning. I know that he is no more, probably banned permanently too but im not accusing him, i think he was a good player.

I told you numerous times already that i didn't know it's forbidden to suicide while being wanted even though it had logic. Even my first message after suiciding and learning that i'm bannable was "wat" as "what" because i didn't know it's not allowed. I don't remember ramming anyone, it could have been by mistake. The keep RP within RP was me sending the RP messages in the main chat because i thought it would be more fun if others joined our RP too. If i remember it correctly, it was in my pizza place doing something, probably robbery or something which needed the cops included too.

Yes, the first thing i was searching for after i was banned was where this rule stands. I'm not blaming anyone for that except myself for missing it in the rules list. As you may have seen or i should note it, i have tried to keep the good tone in this and the previous ban request, probably one thing that you might look at for making sure that my attitude has changed.

Do not ruin roleplay situations or ongoing events.

Death-evading in any form is disallowed.

Wanted players are not allowed to alt-tab, kill themselves or pause the game.(mostly this one)

Those are the rules that i broke being unaware of them and after many times of reading them in details, i can declare that i know and i will follow them.

I understand but it is in both of our interest, you have more players playing, i can play here again where actually i started playing vc mp. The request is more than two weeks old already. You can at least make it temp-ban so i can see the duration and know whether im going to be able to play again or not.
