dust in your pc?! would of never thought of that 0_0 my pc shuts down by itself when it gets to hot aswell caus the fan starts spinning like crazy!

u just answered yer own question stiff  yep as i understood it restarts when cpu and gpu are under strain, more strain=more power usage, more power=more heat, and since dust keep that heat nice and cousy round cpu/gpu it overheats, causing safety to jump in and restart computer.

This, is possible, but logically speaking, as with cooking a pizza, you warm the oven up, it doesnt instantly go to gas mark 8, you have to wait for it to heat up to g'mark 8
so instant overheating when trying to load gta:sa isnt really possible.

whne u turn on cpu. it heats up to normal working temp of 40~60 C in 1.6 seconds (texbook lol) so after some time 5 mins or more... if dusty it will be around 70~80, and if game is started, temp will jump to ~90, failsafe jumps in(depending on motherboard) at ~95 C....

You should consider reviewing your Graphics card fan.
As if you computer reaches over a certian temputure, it will automatically restart. This feature can be turned off BUT Dont do it as it will save your pc in the long run. Over heating can break your pc. You could even buy a few more fans. Get them around £0.50 and it will lower your pc temputure.

well that shouldnt be the problem. Overheating isnt safe.. but if that happens youll have plenty of advance warning. he has no warning (my laptop had this same problem) it looks like your video card is physiclly broken (not software) and you will need a new one

also check if your powercable is COMPLETELY in the pc/wall.
