Suspect was interrogated after he was pulled over at Downtown by VCPD Senior Officer Aky for suspicious activity at the ocean.
The suspect lies about his identity during the interrogation. After running facial recognition, the suspect's true identity is found.
Suspect reveals that he is affiliated with the Triads, but I find that this is highly unlikely and the suspect is just lying to frame the said group.
The suspect was found in possession of 7 Ogras.

Description: We have recived a 911 call stating that a guy in a blue Squalo is fishing ogras. We have deployed a Sea Sparrow and decided to pull him to the shore. Once there he confessed that he is fishing ogras. The suspect have been cuffed and sent to WBPD. There a investigation have been taking place. Section 9: Smuggling Offence
It is a criminal offence for any person to help traffic or bring in any contraband that is not being transported by legal means such as shipping or business delivery to Vice City.
Minimum Penalty per Count: $16,000 ARD and/or 5 years (5 minutes) imprisonment
Act XXIV
The Ogra is a protected class of marine wildlife. As such, hunting it is illegal.
Part 2 - Provisions
Section 5: Illegal Possession Offences
It is a criminal offence for any person to be in possession of:
(a) an M60 Machine Gun and any relevant ammunition for such weapon, or
(b) a Bulldog Shotgun and any relevant ammunition for such weapon, or
(c) a device that can project fire or flames and any petrol, fuel or other thing used to project such fire or flame, or
(d) a rocket propelled grenade launcher and any relevant ammunition for such weapon, or
(e) an explosive grenade(s) or remotely controlled explosive grenade(s), or
(f) a Desert Eagle and any relevant ammunition for such weapon, or
(g) a Kurz SMG and any relevant ammunition for such weapon.
(h) a traffickable quantity of gemstones, jewels, raw minerals or any other objects or items that are similar in nature and/or purpose.

Minimum Penalty per Count: $8,000 ARD and/or 3 years (3 minutes) imprisonment
Act VIII
Anyone who causes, by their presence or by disrupting the tasks of law enforcement personnel, is
to be charged with obstruction of justice. Anyone refusing to cooperate with law enforcement
personnel with reasonable cause to act can be charged with obstruction of justice as well.
Act I
Under punishment by law enforcement, no individual may commit murder, acts of thievery or burglary,
assault, vandalism, rape, abduction, fraud, or any act of harming one's wealth, property, or health.
Section 7: Tax Evasion Offences
It is a criminal offence for any person or body corporate to:
(a) store more than $50,000 ARD or the equivalent currency in a house, business, building, property or any other place.

In the time afterwards, it can only be assumed that he has made more from the criminal evidence presented afterwards, including the substantial amount of money found within the defendant's property, being used to evade tax. We believe this makes the property in question an accessory to tax evasion. We, the FBI, remain adamant that the defendant faces all charges presented in our case.
