A warning to the so proud "veterans" and also regulars.
Complaining, criticising and generally disagreeing to things happening around is your right as that's what pushes us and the server to strive for better things but.. A lot do not know what's the difference between criticising and toxicity, the toxicity that I've been seeing lately especially from the veterans is out of measurement. "Fucking X for doing Y" "Who made X as Y" on a constant manner because one or two things didn't go your way. Everyone does mistakes that a fact but you're also not immune to not making mistakes, remember that the person or the people that didn't give you a position or something like someone else is because you do not have the qualities to be in that position or to have that thing, not because you don't deserve it but it is because you're not as good as the person you're shitting on, because you didn't earn it and you proved them wrong before and keep proving them wrong to this day. If you were to happen to make a better job or influence you'd have been in higher places but you aren't.
Anyone who's going to keep up this toxicity whether it is on the SA:MP server, or any other community owned servers even discord and social media, as long as it is within reach there will be consequences. I will make sure to wipe out your present, your future and make sure to wipe out your history that you're so proud of (the toxic person that is) off this community, you either keep your ego in check or it will be shattered to pieces. Take this as a fair warning as I haven't banned the people who're responsible for this directly and take it as a chance to redeem yourselves.
Again criticism is good however know the difference between the latter and toxicity.

Well heard, Khm.
Thank you guys for being there for ArgonathRPG all along. :gand:

Hmm. Nice server updates too. I have a question and let's keep it civil. Do you think administration loses credibility once said rules are not followed by themselves? By you I mean server staff ( HQ ).

That is why there's a staff report function that can be used even against HQ, they can be reported. There are community leaders above there aswell who technically put the HQ in their positions.

Easier said than done. I think credibility is also lost once you transition through multiple leaderships too. I would also like to point out how other games/communities work, but luckily we have forums and if you want to do it our way, then why don't you implement some other system about toxicity? Look through our history and the feedback from both sides to find something optimal is what I'm suggesting, I guess.
